4th Sprint Analysis
Hello again, world caretakers!
We have a bunch of new mechanics to share with you. This week, we finally got to set up the core gameplay of our water maps! You can now go through the maps and pick up trash with your cannon. Sometimes, when you pick up trash, fish will spawn from it. You are also able to pick those fish up.
Moreover, we finished implementing our random prop generator. Now, when you access a map, big structures and small isles will be spawned on the map and around them, trash will spawn around them.
Last but not least, we started developing our interface for the game. The interface in water maps will consist of two resource counters for fish and trash gathered. The menu will be a book with bookmarks that will lead to different options. The interface in the island will be clear until you go into the fish farm or the co-op, which will have their own interfaces.
That's it for this week's news. Stay tuned for more announcements!
What a Waste!
